No podemos alargarlo, estirarlo, comprarlo o detenerlo. Sin embargo, podemos controlarlo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Seguro que cualquiera de nosotros conoce a personas excesivamente atareadas, cargadas de trabajo que exclaman una y otra vez \u00abno tengo tiempo\u00bb, \u00abme faltan horas\u00bb y expresiones parecidas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00bfEs el tiempo el que nos controla o podemos controlarlo nosotros a \u00e9l? \u00c9sa es la cuesti\u00f3n que cualquier directivo deber\u00eda plantearse.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-165\" src=\"http:\/\/www.intratime.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/07\/intratime-control-horario-con-geolocalizacion.jpg\" alt=\"intratime-control-horario-con-geolocalizacion\" width=\"750\" height=\"430\" \/><\/p>\n<h4>Factores importantes<\/h4>\n<p>La incorrecta gesti\u00f3n del tiempo se debe entre otros factores a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La falta de objetivos previamente definidos.<\/li>\n<li>No distinguir entre lo que es importante y lo que es urgente.<\/li>\n<li>La incorrecta gesti\u00f3n de la propia agenda de trabajo.<\/li>\n<li>Negaci\u00f3n de la propia evidencia. No aceptar que nosotros no podemos hacerlo todo.<\/li>\n<li>La insuficiente delegaci\u00f3n de tareas.<\/li>\n<li>Exceso de informaci\u00f3n para analizar. O informaci\u00f3n desordenada, imprecisa o tard\u00eda.<\/li>\n<li>Evidentemente se hace imprescindible que para organizar nuestro tiempo deberemos, en primer lugar, determinar qu\u00e9 acciones o tareas son las m\u00e1s importantes. Por importantes entendemos aquellas tareas que inciden de alguna forma en las \u00e1reas estrat\u00e9gicas de la empresa, a los objetivos, a los costes o a los ingresos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Una vez establecidos los objetivos, comenzaremos por dar un orden de prioridad a cada una de las actividades diarias.
