Sin embargo acabamos prestando m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n a lo que es \u00abpara ya\u00bb que a lo que es verdaderamente importante. Si nos paramos a pensar en cu\u00e1les son los objetivos de la empresa veremos que los objetivos a largo plazo en ocasiones son priorizables, y de hecho, los objetivos a corto plazo han sido definidos visualizando esos \u00aba largo plazo\u00bb. La productividad ya no se trata de a qu\u00e9 dedicamos el tiempo, si no, a qu\u00e9 dedicamos nuestra atenci\u00f3n en cada momento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Al ver la matriz de Eisenhower, debemos primero determinar qu\u00e9 significan los dos extremos.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es algo urgente?<\/h2>\n<p>Algo urgente es el \u00abpara ya\u00bb o el famoso \u00ablo necesito para ayer\u00bb. Las tareas urgentes, en ocasiones son sencillas e incluso divertidas por eso nos atrapan. En general nuestra actitud frente a algo urgente es reactiva. El control del tiempo y c\u00f3mo \u00e9ste se use depender\u00e1 de tu actitud.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Algo urgente e importante<\/strong>: crisis, proyectos con fecha l\u00edmite, presiones. Esto es a lo primero que debes atender.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Algo urgente no importante:<\/strong> Interrupciones, email, llamadas, actividades populares. Si puedes, \u00e9stas tareas del\u00e9galas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es algo importante?<\/h2>\n<p>Algo importante es algo que seguramente no est\u00e1 demandando tu atenci\u00f3n. As\u00ed pues, para atender a cosas importantes y urgentes debes ser proactivo. Si no las atiendes, se acabaran convirtiendo en urgentes, y por tanto tu actitud siempre ser\u00e1 reactiva.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Importante no urgente:<\/strong> Relaciones personales, prevenci\u00f3n, nuevas oportunidades. Ag\u00e9ndalo y cumple con tus metas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>No importante y no urgente:<\/strong> Es una p\u00e9rdida de tiempo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado para poder dedicar tu tiempo a lo verdaderamente importante, debes <strong>aprender a decir \u00abNO\u00bb<\/strong> a algunas cosas para poder decir \u00abs\u00ed\u00bb a aquello que de verdad es importante.<\/p>\n<p>Todos sabemos decir que no educadamente, o deber\u00edamos.
