O dicho de otro modo, la captaci\u00f3n interna.<\/p>\n<p>Hoy en d\u00eda en el entorno del marketing ya est\u00e1 dentro de nuestro vocabulario la palabra \u201cengagement\u201d cuando nos referimos a nuestros clientes. Se trata de la capacidad de fidelizar que tenemos con ellos, de que se sientan parte y simpaticen con la marca. Sin embargo, tendemos a olvidar quien hace posible la empresa, los empleados.<\/p>\n<p>Por ello nace el concepto de Ingagement que viene con fuerza este 2018. \u00bfQu\u00e9 capacidad tenemos de crear empresa? \u00bfC\u00f3mo hacer que los empleados se sientan parte de ella?<\/p>\n<p>Los pilares que sustentan el ingagement:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La humanizaci\u00f3n de la empresa<\/li>\n<li>Informaci\u00f3n, informaci\u00f3n, informaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Sentimiento de libertad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Intratime con el Ingagement<\/h2>\n<p>En intratime captamos a los empleados sin olvidar las necesidades de la empresa. Por ello hemos creado herramientas que pueden incluir la humanizaci\u00f3n la informaci\u00f3n y la comunicaci\u00f3n de un modo simple. Y por simple nos referimos al uso y al precio.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.intratime.es\">Intratime: <\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Es una herramienta en formato app de control horario. Sin embargo, le damos la vuelta al concepto \u201ccontrol\u201d. La app permite al empleado fichar con una selfie en su versi\u00f3n TEAMS, humanizando y creando equipo. Adem\u00e1s permite al departamento la autogesti\u00f3n de datos con plena libertad al margen de espacio o tiempo.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.intragest.es\">Intragest: <\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Esta nueva herramienta permite la gesti\u00f3n de n\u00f3minas para fomentar la independencia del empleado y un considerable ahorro de tiempo al eliminar los env\u00edos individuales. Adem\u00e1s esta herramienta, tambi\u00e9n en formato app, permite a la empresa tener un canal de comunicaci\u00f3n con los empleados individualmente.
