EL TELETRABAJO"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La crisis sanitaria ha hecho que el <strong>teletrabajo <\/strong>sea un mecanismo eficaz para garantizar durante la pandemia, la prevenci\u00f3n frente al contagio y para poder continuar con nuestra actividad.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>El teletrabajo ha tra\u00eddo una mayor flexibilidad en la gesti\u00f3n de tiempos de trabajo y descansos<\/strong>, pero tambi\u00e9n ha presentado algunos inconvenientes, como el horario continuo o la conectividad permanente.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el art\u00edculo 14 del Real Decreto-ley 28\/2020 de 22 de septiembre, el sistema de registro horario&nbsp;<em>\u201cdeber\u00e1 reflejar fielmente el tiempo que la persona trabajadora que realiza trabajo a distancia dedica a la actividad laboral, sin perjuicio de la flexibilidad horaria, y deber\u00e1 incluir, entre otros, el momento de inicio y finalizaci\u00f3n de la jornada.\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con nuestro
