{"id":1788,"date":"2023-03-28T09:04:58","date_gmt":"2023-03-28T09:04:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.intratime.es\/?p=1788"},"modified":"2026-04-28T14:31:41","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T12:31:41","slug":"jornada-laboral-de-4-dias-en-espana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/intratime.es\/blog\/jornada-laboral-de-4-dias-en-espana\/","title":{"rendered":"Plan piloto para implementar la jornada laboral de 4 d\u00edas en Espa\u00f1a"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En Espa\u00f1a tenemos demasiado interiorizada la jornada laboral de 40 horas semanales, pero desde el Gobierno quieren cambiar esta filosof\u00eda laboral para adaptarse a otros pa\u00edses de la Uni\u00f3n Europea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo de este plan es <strong>reducir la jornada laboral a cuatro d\u00edas<\/strong>, sin que ello suponga una merma salarial. Obviamente, esto implica un gasto extra a las empresas y, para poder amortiguarlo, <strong>el Ministerio de Industria ofrecer\u00e1 una ayuda de 150.000 a las peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas (pymes).<\/strong> Este plan piloto, beneficiar\u00e1 a 60 o 70 pymes con un presupuesto para ello de 10 millones de euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es el objetivo?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Este proyecto pretende mejorar la productividad de los trabajadores, la conciliaci\u00f3n laboral y la igualdad de oportunidades. Pero lo verdaderamente importante es <strong>reducir el estr\u00e9s de los trabajadores al tener tres d\u00edas de descanso<\/strong>, en lugar de dos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo principal de esta propuesta <strong>es dar a los empleados y empresas una mayor libertad para organizar su tiempo de trabajo,<\/strong> comprobando si con esta reducci\u00f3n de tiempo de trabajo y manteniendo mismas condiciones de salario, las empresas pueden hacer frente <strong>sin tener p\u00e9rdidas de m\u00e1rgenes y productividad.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, las empresas tambi\u00e9n van a tener que <strong>incorporar medidas organizativas, y de formaci\u00f3n continua, para mejorar esta productividad.<\/strong> Y con el objetivo de evaluarlo, se deber\u00e1n fijar indicadores para ver la evoluci\u00f3n de esta productividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Una vez puesto en marcha el plan, el objetivo del Gobierno es analizar su efectividad e influencia en una mejora de la productividad.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Beneficios de la jornada laboral de cuatro d\u00edas<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La teor\u00eda de la semana laboral de cuatro d\u00edas dice que <strong>la automatizaci\u00f3n y digitalizaci\u00f3n de procesos en las empresas reduce gastos y permite a las compa\u00f1\u00edas ampliar sus m\u00e1rgenes de beneficios<\/strong>, y que, como parte de la organizaci\u00f3n,<strong> los trabajadores tambi\u00e9n tendr\u00edan que participar de esa mayor rentabilidad.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, exponemos algunas de <strong>las ventajas que supone trabajar un d\u00eda menos a la semana:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1- <strong>Mayor productividad<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Al trabajar menos tiempo, los empleados estar\u00e1n menos estresados y m\u00e1s motivados con su puesto de trabajo. Esto puede implicar un aumento o mantenimiento de la productividad pese a la reducci\u00f3n de d\u00edas de trabajo. As\u00ed lo demuestran <a href=\"https:\/\/cincodias.elpais.com\/cincodias\/2022\/06\/07\/companias\/1654598109_829984.html\">algunas pruebas piloto como la del Reino Unido<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2- <strong>Mayor conciliaci\u00f3n laboral<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Al estar menos tiempo en la oficina, los trabajadores podr\u00e1n llevar a cabo una mejor conciliaci\u00f3n laboral. Una jornada de cuatro d\u00edas permitir\u00eda una mejor organizaci\u00f3n para el cuidado de los hijos o familiares dependientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3- <strong>Mayor compromiso<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La flexibilidad laboral se asocia con una mejora en productividad, pero tambi\u00e9n como una herramienta de satisfacci\u00f3n para los empleados. Una plantilla de empleados m\u00e1s felices da lugar a un mayor compromiso con la empresa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4- <strong>Menor huella ambiental<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Al tener que ir menos d\u00edas a la oficina, los trabajadores pueden disminuir sus desplazamientos y, con ellos, su huella de carbono.
