{"id":802,"date":"2017-12-03T17:48:13","date_gmt":"2017-12-03T17:48:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.intratime.es\/blog\/?p=802"},"modified":"2026-04-28T14:32:03","modified_gmt":"2026-04-28T12:32:03","slug":"futuro-sector-construccion-transporte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/intratime.es\/blog\/futuro-sector-construccion-transporte\/","title":{"rendered":"Tendencias del sector de la construcci\u00f3n y del transporte"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seg\u00fan el resultado de un <a href=\"https:\/\/research.randstad.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/EstudioPerspectivasdelsectorTransporte.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">estudio <\/a>sobre el futuro laboral del sector Construcci\u00f3n- Transporte realizado con mas de 500 empresas de diversos sectores que operan en Espa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<div class=\"off-canvas-wrap\" data-offcanvas=\"\">\n<div class=\"inner-wrap\">\n<section class=\"container\">\n<div id=\"single-publicaciones\" class=\"row \">\n<div class=\"small-12 large-12 columns\">\n<article id=\"post-2162\" class=\"post-2162 publicaciones type-publicaciones status-publish hentry category-perspectivas tag-construccion tag-futuro-laboral tag-mercado-laboral tag-transporte\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"small-12 small-pull-12 medium-8 medium-pull-4 large-8 columns central_content\">\n<div class=\"contenido_post\">\n<h2>Previsiones en el sector construcci\u00f3n y transporte<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>El futuro en este sector aparece optimista, como titulares, el estudio nos deja algunos datos:<\/p>\n<div class=\"off-canvas-wrap\" data-offcanvas=\"\">\n<div class=\"inner-wrap\">\n<section class=\"container\">\n<div id=\"single-publicaciones\" class=\"row \">\n<div class=\"small-12 large-12 columns\">\n<article id=\"post-2162\" class=\"post-2162 publicaciones type-publicaciones status-publish hentry category-perspectivas tag-construccion tag-futuro-laboral tag-mercado-laboral tag-transporte\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"small-12 small-pull-12 medium-8 medium-pull-4 large-8 columns central_content\">\n<div class=\"contenido_post\">\n<ol>\n<li>El 47% de las empresas cree que se producir\u00e1 un crecimiento del empleo en estos sectores.<\/li>\n<li>El <strong>53% cree que mejorar\u00e1 el volumen de facturaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Entre las <strong>medidas que se deber\u00e1n desarrollar<\/strong> para hacer de lo previo posible:\u00a0 El 63% considera que debe asumir m\u00c3\u00a1s riesgo en la estrategia de crecimiento.<\/li>\n<li>El 61% cree que debe invertir en nuevos productos.<\/li>\n<li>El 59% considera que debe expandirse geogr\u00e1ficamente.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div class=\"contenido_post\">\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/www.intratime.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/infografia.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-804\" src=\"http:\/\/www.intratime.es\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/infografia.jpg\" alt=\"futuro transporte y construccion \" width=\"723\" height=\"459\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>Actualmente en el sector construcci\u00f3n y transporte<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<p>En cuanto al empleo, en un 63% de las empresas del sector de Transporte y Construcci\u00f3n han aumentado en n\u00famero sus plantillas en los \u00faltimos 12 meses. Esto ha sucedido especialmente en empresas de Transporte y Log\u00edstica.\u00a0 En comparaci\u00f3n con otros sectores, es un sector que supera la media de contrataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos de recursos humanos, el nivel de rotaci\u00f3n y el de absentismo no justificado representan niveles bajos y no suponen un problema para el crecimiento del sector a corto plazo.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Los niveles de absentismo en el sector de Transporte y Construcci\u00f3n en la actualidad genera la percepci\u00f3n de que no se trata de un sector m\u00e1s afectado que el resto por el fen\u00f3meno del absentismo no justificado. Aunque represente un 63% actualmente.<\/p>\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda ha entrado en el sector y con la nueva ley, ahora, la contrataci\u00f3n de empleados a tiempo parcial, conlleva la obligatoriedad de llevar a cabo el control horario para empresas y empleados. Para ello se han creado herramientas como <a href=\"http:\/\/www.intratime.es\/landing\/\">Intratime<\/a>, una app que no requiere m\u00e1s que un m\u00f3vil, sin permanencia y muy econ\u00f3mica.<\/p>\n<p>Cada vez nacen tecnolog\u00edas que facilitan los procesos.
